Outdoor reared, British pork stuffed with Wensleydale cheese and bright red cranberries
Having created addicts from the Wensleydale cheese gang at the BBC good food show we ended up with a great big box of cheese and a couple of days later the kitchen alchemist (Penny) rolled out the ‘Rudolph’ rather cunningly renamed by Jane ‘Valentino’ for the rest of the year. The combination of delicious free range pork with the mild cheese is set off beautifully with the juicy cranberries, once tried this usually becomes everyones favourite
