free-range pork ,smoked paprika with diced fresh red peppers and chillies
wonderfully full of flavour but not too hot, honest… in fact the regulars at Moseley Farmers market shunned it as it was not hot enough and the Mall Deli in Bristol renamed it the Spicy to avoid misleading their customers. Although we have introduced the Casablance to apease these doubters the Chill is a far more popular recipe and if serve it hot you get that extra kick they wanted anyway...
