Deep Generous Quiche

Way back (ie 2002) when we were talking through ideas Penny declared the she could make Cakes, Scotch Eggs or Quiches in her sleep... little did she know! Six years later we are delighted to welcome a small selection of quiches to the table.

Named 'Border quiches' as our herefordshire base is on the borders of Worcestershire, Glouicestershire and Wales, and to be different the quiches themselves are 'borderless' without sides, making more room for the filling!
