...it seems a shame that having created so many recipes all we do is wrap them around hard boiled eggs, really they can be used to create no end of mouth watering recipes, why not make your own, patties, meat balls and bakes or follow the recipe below to make what are possibly one of the worlds favourites - meatballs  (have a surf yourself, every nation seems to have their own version)

to make the meatballs pictured above:

500g Jumble

1 Onion finelychopped

4 Mushrooms rougly sliced

1 jar of your favourite tomato pasta sauce (or your own of course!)

Sunflower Oil, Grated Parmesan cheese

Wet you hands with cold water and roll portions of jumble into appropriate sized balls

Heat a little oil in a non stick pan and add the balls shaking the pan regularly to evenly cook, until golden brown all over

Add the chopped onion and fry for 4 minutes, add the sliced mushroom and fry for a further 1 minute

add the tomato sauce, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes or untill cooked (depends on the ball size)

Serve on a bed of freshly cooked pasta topped off with loads of grated parmesan cheese... De..lish!
