Savoury Jumble Pastries

As our recipes have developed their very own nickname 'Jumbles' (mixes) over time, it seems a shame to confine them to just surrounding an egg... we really do not need any excuses to experiment but one very obvious step was to a sausage, or more appropriately, JUMBLE ROLLS (one mustn't forget there are vegetarian recipes out there!)

CHELSEA TRACTORS

A twist on the good old sausage roll, tractors are oven baked puff pastry coils around a range of our unique recipes complimented with double gold star winning Truckle Onion Marmalade. (Originally called Pin-Wheels on the first outing to the Teme Valley Market a customer exclaimed that they reminded her of 'Chelsea buns' and our neighbour Jinny Swan quipped 'more like Chelsea tractors' and the name just stuck...)
