Over the past 15 years Penny has built an enviable reputation for her scrumptious food and beautiful presentation, catering for private dinner parties, weddings and corporate events as well as demonstrating at shows and on the radio. As well as Scotch Eggs Penny supplies local shops and cafes with quiches and an ever changing selection of delicious cakes and pastries.

Penny’s insistence that food should look as good as it tastes has opened up another development in her career; working with professional photographers to create fabulous images of food that appear in the finest publications. AGA recently awarded her the food stylist contract for their customer magazine and more work, both from her kitchen and on location is scheduled in the near future.
