Herefordshire based Pixley Berries create 3 scrummy cordials perfect accompaniment for our scotch eggs and tractors

Although Pixley Berries are based just a few miles from the eggshed it was not until Sophie joined them and hit the show circuit that we started to appreciate just how good these cordials were.  Although ideally suited to mixing with chilled water all these cordials add a fruity refinement to everything from yoghurts and ice cream, to white and sparkling wines or to the occasional well-earned gin.  Also delicious warm try them as a hot comforting toddy.
