This Whole Grain Beer Mustard comes from our friends, and loyal Scotch egg stockists, Deli on the Square in the renowned foodie haven of Ludlow.  We took inspiration from this mustard and a bit of cajoling from the ladies at the deli to create what's now one of our most popular recipes the COLONEL, originally launched at the prestigious Ludlow Food and Drink Festival

Mellowed with Woods delicious beer this is a lovely mustard that sits well with most of our recipes, particularly good with our vegetarian WORCESTER and the infamous SMOKIEJOE scotch eggs, not bad with a chunk of cheese either... but you will have your favourite too
